As a Hardware Support Specialist, you will focus on delivering top-notch technical assistance to customers, utilizing your knowledge of traffic calming solutions such as crosswalk beacons and radar signs.

Your role includes using ticketing and CRM systems to ensure accurate issue resolution and collaborating closely with engineering and marketing teams to develop instructional content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through troubleshooting and installation issues

• Collaborate to produce user manuals and training tools

• Track customer interactions and issues via ticketing software

• Report on recurring problems for product enhancements

• Train users internally and externally on product features

Requirements:

• Electronics Engineering or related technical diploma

• Minimum two years in technical support roles

• Experience with related hardware preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Technical writing experience is a plus
