As an IT Project Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of IT projects while acting as the nexus between business stakeholders and technical teams. Your focus will be on enhancing processes and delivering projects that meet business objectives in a fast-paced shipbuilding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships to drive operational understanding
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to document needs
• Lead IT project lifecycle from planning to delivery
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks effectively
• Identify and translate automation opportunities into projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
• Over 5 years of project management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Strong skills in leadership and stakeholder engagement
• Adept at decision-making in complex situations
