Ag Technology Specialist at Simplot

Become a key player in agricultural innovation with Simplot Canada as an Ag Technology Specialist. This role, located in Chin, Alberta, centers around enhancing customer satisfaction through technology-driven solutions in agriculture.

As a specialist, you'll collaborate with sales teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of Ag Innovation services and building strong relationships within your territory. Your focus will be on executing training, installations, and technical support, while also actively participating in developing new service offerings to fit farmer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Ag Innovation solutions with sales teams

• Conduct technical support and installations for customers

• Execute Soil Connect soil sampling procedures and evaluations

• Support training initiatives for service offerings

• Collaborate with management on strategic action plans

Requirements:

• Degree in Agriculture-related field

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

• Experience in agronomy or Ag Retail is an advantage

• Strong organization and customer service skills

• Willing to travel up to 50%
