Customer Service Representative

Location: Mississauga (Malton)

Our client is expanding, and they're looking for a hands-on problem solver to join their team as a  Customer Service Representative  supporting their B2B Sales team.

You'll be the technical backbone behind their client relationships, installing point-of-sale systems, troubleshooting issues on the spot, and making sure every merchant they work with has a smooth, working setup from day one.

The clients they represent are leaders in the tech and fintech space, including Clover by Fiserv, so you'll be working hands-on with modern POS hardware and software used by businesses every day.

Responsibilities

Physically/virtually install POS systems at client business locations, including hardware setup and configuration
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site, working through problems methodically until the system is fully operational
Support the sales team by coordinating installation timelines directly with clients
Walk business owners and staff through how to use their new systems, answering questions clearly and patiently
Follow up with clients post-installation to confirm everything is working and address any lingering issues
Stay current on product updates and hardware changes so you can troubleshoot confidently
Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and client interactions

Qualifications

Full-time availability (M-F, 9-5)
Valid driver's license
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working hands-on with hardware and technology
Clear communicator who can explain technical things in plain language to non-technical people
Reliable, organized, and able to manage a daily schedule of on-site visits
Experience in technical support, installation, or a customer-facing service role is an asset
A proactive mindset, you don't wait to be told there's a problem, you find it and fix it
