Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation and technical support for company IT systems

• Provide user support for Microsoft 365 and business apps

• Administer security and connectivity for servers and devices

• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures

• Perform IT onboarding and offboarding for employees

Requirements:

• Post secondary education in Information Technology

• 2+ years of experience in IT support

• Knowledge of firewall, router, and network switch management

• Familiarity with technologies like VMware and Sophos Security

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt
