Location: Central Yukon (Dawson City)

Be the go-to technical expert at Yukon Hospitals as a Technical Analyst. Provide crucial tech support to enhance healthcare services in Whitehorse and beyond.

This regular full-time role demands strong technical troubleshooting expertise in a Help Desk environment. You will support technology operations across various hospital sites in Yukon, ensuring staff have reliable access to required tools and systems.

Your role will involve working closely with the Network and Programmer Analysts to improve infrastructure functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address technical support requests with urgency

• Configure and deploy end-user technologies efficiently

• Document all technical issues and solutions clearly

• Support both server operations and user devices

• Help staff effectively use new technology

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Information Systems or similar field

• Experience in a technical support or Help Desk role

• Comprehensive knowledge of networking and server systems

• Strong customer service and educational skills
