Position: Experienced Data Center Technician Role

We are looking for an Experienced Data Center Technician for a full-time position in West Chester, US. This hands-on, on-site role supports critical infrastructure with operational responsibilities.

In this position, your technical skills will be paramount as you manage hardware installations, structured cabling, and server operations. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. You’ll work closely with team members and document procedures to ensure effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle hardware installations and migrations consistently

• Execute structured cabling, copper and fiber types

• Perform server racking, stacking, and labeling accurately

• Document all work with photos and comprehensive notes

• Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity problems effectively

Requirements:

• 2+ years in data center or IT infrastructure

• Strong cabling expertise with Cat5e/6 and fiber options

• Experience with Dell, HP, or Supermicro server hardware

• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs and work in raised floors

• Professional communication skills and transportation required
