Location: Raleigh
Take on the role of Oracle ETL Reports Developer with the NC Department of Health and Human Services. This contractor position demands strong skills in data extracts, SQL, and ETL job maintenance.
As part of the NC Families Accessing Services through Technology (NC FAST), you will analyze reporting needs, develop complex queries, and enhance existing reports. Your responsibilities include gathering requirements, debugging data extracts, and ensuring report integrity through validation strategies. This position involves a 24x7 On Call support commitment to address operational issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage data extracts and ETL batch processes effectively
• Analyze requirements and develop reporting solutions
• Create complex SQL queries against large datasets
• Implement strategies for data quality and validation
• Participate in 24/7 On Call support for operational issues
Requirements:
• 5 years’ experience with Oracle and ETL tools
• Proficient in PL/SQL scripting and data modeling
• Familiar with Business Intelligence tools like BIRT
• Experience with Agile frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving and relationship management skills
