Become a Technology Support Specialist with Bulkley Valley Credit Union, helping to deliver exceptional IT solutions to community members. This role champions personalized tech support while maintaining a balance between work and lifestyle.

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, your primary responsibilities will include providing daily support for IT systems and users. You will implement, troubleshoot, and maintain computer systems throughout multiple branches. Coordinating with suppliers and contractors will be part of your role to ensure optimal operation of technology assets in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support technology systems for user needs at the credit union

• Maintain and troubleshoot all computer hardware/software

• Liaise with vendors for installation and issue resolution

• Update support documentation for all technology changes

• Exhibit professionalism and set a service-oriented example

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in IT, especially in financial sectors

• Relevant IT certifications or equivalent experience

• Proficiency in Windows systems and networking

• Knowledge of troubleshooting in WAN/LAN environments

• Valid BC Driver's License for travel to branches
