Key Responsibilities:

• Review beta systems and document hardware/software issues

• Investigate PC problems and report defects accurately

• Collaborate with engineering teams for problem reproduction

• Verify solutions and confirm issue resolutions

• Provide support to beta testers with technical challenges

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree pursuit with sophomore standing or higher

• Familiarity with Windows operating system
