As a Senior Security Engineer focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM), you will guide technical teams and strategize enhancements for IAM frameworks. Your expertise will cover privileged access management, multi-factor authentication, and identity governance while leading projects that boost the overall cybersecurity strategy. Mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across departments are key parts of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and advance IAM solutions to enhance security posture

• Configure and integrate security tools with existing enterprise systems

• Recommend documentation and operational efficiency improvements

• Participate in compliance assessments and remediation activities

• Mentor junior team members and provide technical support

Requirements:

• Must reside in North Carolina or contiguous state

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Expert in Active Directory and IAM technologies

• Proficient in automation tools like Power Shell and Python
