Information Security Access Analyst

Location: Stratford South

Manage security permissions and access issues as an Information Security Analyst supporting Scotiabank’s business community. Apply Bank policies across supported environments.
This Information Security Analyst maintains user, group, and application memberships while supporting issue resolution. The position requires technical communication, ticket management, and access investigation skills. It also contributes to automation, process improvement, and effective business controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain user, group, and application permissions across supported environments
Assist with access issues and investigate account problems
Manage, document, and close tickets against KPI standards
Provide timely updates to management and stakeholders
Collaborate on automation and continuous process improvement
Requirements:
Diploma in Computer Science or technical equivalent
At least one year of technical work experience
Good oral and written communication skills
Spanish fluency is an asset
Security+ or related technical designations are assets
Support Scotiabank access governance through permission maintenance, investigation, ticket resolution, and clear stakeholder communication.
