Senior Desk Adjuster - Casualty Claims Specialist

Location: Watson Lake

Join our team as a Senior Desk Adjuster Level 3 with flexible working options in Canada. In this role, you will investigate, negotiate, and settle casualty claims with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate should have a robust background of at least six years in Multi Line claims, including experience in medical malpractice. This position requires independent decision-making and collaboration with field adjusters and legal counsel, ensuring an effective claims process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive desktop investigations on claims

• Record and present claims files accurately and efficiently

• Assess liability, coverage, and claim amounts

• Maintain detailed billing and time records

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of Multi Line claims experience

• Familiarity with medical malpractice claims

• CIP designation or progress towards it

• Must hold an Independent Adjuster License

• Strong skills in Office 365 and reporting tools
