You will investigate and resolve claims, ensuring policy compliance while remaining the key liaison between homeowners and construction professionals. Your ability to manage multiple cases will be crucial, as will your communication skills for effective interactions across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct investigations for property-related claims

• Assess and determine coverage based on policies

• Maintain clear communication with clients and teams

• Document claim processes and resolutions diligently

• Work collaboratively with construction professionals

Requirements:

• Preferred Level 2 insurance license or willingness to acquire

• Experience in handling property claims

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Great attention to detail and organization

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
