Broker Link is looking for a motivated Account Manager to strengthen our team in the Commercial Insurance sector. This position involves advising clients, processing applications, and managing documentation. You will negotiate with underwriters and assist customers in understanding their insurance needs, ensuring a professional approach throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with insurance inquiries and service requests

• Manage and process all incoming commercial paperwork

• Issue insurance certificates and prepare documentation for clients

• Negotiate renewal terms with underwriters and communicate claims status

• Maintain updated and organized customer files

Requirements:

• Valid provincial insurance license or commitment to obtain one

• CAIB or CIP certification is a plus

• Strong organization and customer service skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Able to work independently and in a team setting
