Hybrid National Property Claims Adjuster

Location: Hants County (Shubenacadie)

Become a National Property Claims Adjuster with Aviva Canada in a hybrid role focused on customer service and claims management. Support our team through effective negotiation and investigation of property claims while providing exemplary customer service.

In this position, you will work rotating shifts, engaging with customers in a call-center environment. With 1-3 years of experience in claims or customer service, skills in organization and communication are vital. Your ability to manage claim processes effectively will contribute to Aviva’s commitment to caring for its clients and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support claims customer demand via call center

• Investigate and negotiate property claims diligently

• Confirm coverage and compile FNOL information

• Review and analyze claims data and estimates

• Advise customers on claim status with clarity

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of insurance or customer service experience

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Excellent organizational abilities

• Bilingual in English and French preferred

• Claims adjusting licenses in any province preferred
