Elevate the Advisor experience at HUB Financial Inc. as a Concierge Service Case Manager. This hybrid role focuses on high-level service and meticulous management of complex life insurance cases.

In this key position, you will serve as the dedicated liaison for a select group of Advisors while managing intricate cases from start to finish. You'll maintain accurate records in the HUB system and proactively follow up with carriers to push cases forward, ensuring seamless service and support for Advisors' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex life insurance cases efficiently

• Keep detailed and current records in HUB system

• Proactively follow up with carriers for case progression

• Handle inforce requests with dedication and care

• Advocate for Advisors in underwriting decisions

Requirements:

• Ten or more years in the life insurance or MGA sector

• Experience with Wealth Serv is highly valued

• Strong ability to communicate complex information clearly

• High accuracy and analytical skills

• LOMA designation or equivalent coursework preferred
