In the role of Client Service Advisor II, you'll manage ongoing client relationships and ensure a high level of service. You'll be responsible for selling new business, processing renewals, and conducting needs assessments. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will also participate in training that enhances your skills and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on insurance matters and conduct care calls

• Write new business policies and quote new initiatives

• Handle renewals and service inquiries effectively

• Prepare documentation for insurers and issue insurance certificates

• Process Account Receivable activities and provide assistance

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service and insurance industries

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Familiarity with underwriting workflows
