Rejoignez Ellipse Assurances comme agent en assurance de dommages des particuliers. Ce poste se concentre sur la relation client et l'atteinte des objectifs de performance dans un cadre collaboratif.
Il n'est pas nécessaire d'avoir de l'expérience préalable, car nous offrons une formation complète. En tant qu'agent, vous répondrez aux clients, analyserez leurs besoins et proposerez des solutions sur mesure. Un DEC et un certificat en assurance de dommages sont requis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gérer les appels clients et offrir un service de qualité
• Mettre à jour les informations dans les dossiers clients
• Conseiller des protections et compléments de contrat
• Créer une relation de confiance avec chaque client
Requirements:
• Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) requis
• Certificat en assurance de dommages ou volonté d'obtenir
• Excellente communication en français, anglais souhaité
• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique
