As a pivotal member of the CGIC team, this full-time position requires fluency in French, with English proficiency as an asset. You will engage with clients, understand their insurance needs, and deliver tailored solutions in auto and property sectors. Your contributions will help enhance the agency's operations and foster strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify client insurance needs and develop sales strategies

• Provide quotes while adhering to underwriting guidelines

• Exceed sales, quality, and productivity objectives

• Resolve client inquiries and enhance satisfaction

• Support client retention efforts through proactive communication

Requirements:

• At least one year of relevant office experience

• Knowledge of home and auto insurance products

• Possession of AMF Personal Lines Damage Insurance Licence

• Strong proficiency in French, English preferred

• Some post-secondary education is a plus
