Technical Support Representative - HVAC

Our client is a manufacturer & distributor and carries one of the most comprehensive product lines in the industry. They are in search of a new Technical Support Representative for their Victoria branch.

Compensation Range - $80,000-$100,000

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our team, you’ll play an important role in keeping projects moving and customers supported from start to finish. Your day will be fast-paced, collaborative, and full of opportunities to learn and grow.

• Be a primary point of contact for customers, responding to phone calls and emails with professionalism and confidence
• Prepare accurate estimates, quotes, and technical submittals that support successful project execution
• Manage order processing from initiation through completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on track
• Deliver exceptional customer service by solving problems and anticipating client needs
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners
• Support company events and team initiatives as needed
• Embrace continuous learning to stay current with products, processes, and industry trends

What You Bring

You’re someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a technical environment, and takes pride in doing things right.

• 3+ years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry or a related technical field
• EIT, C.E.T., or M.E.T. certification considered a strong asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-moving environment
• A solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• A dependable, self-motivated work ethic and a team-first attitude
