About the Role
As a Corporate Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role within the legal teams, specifically supporting the Corporate Group, Business Law and Transactions Group, as well as the Indigenous Law Group. Your responsibilities will include preparing corporate legal documents, handling reorganizations, incorporations, and conducting due diligence, among other tasks. There is an expectation of some in-office presence, although hybrid work arrangements are generally embraced.

- 5+ years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal or equivalent training and experience; a Paralegal Diploma/Certificate is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the BC Business Corporations Act and related legislation.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and technology, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and legal software.
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to adapt to change.
- A keen eye for detail and dedication to administrative excellence.
- Enthusiasm for technology and innovation, with the ability to assist others in mastering new tools.
