The Central Saanich Police Service (CSPS) is seeking experienced police officers and public safety professionals to join our team as Special Municipal Constables (SMCs).

This role is ideally suited for individuals who have built a career of service and are looking for a meaningful opportunity to remain involved in policing while helping develop the next generation of officers.

This position is compensated at $70.58/hr + 11% in lieu of benefits (2025 rates).
