Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally greet clients and schedule appointments

• Prepare and proofread legal documents for court

• Maintain organized client files, both electronic and physical

• Assist in discovery and trial preparation processes

• Enter billable hours in timekeeping software

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a law firm preferred, but not required

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and new technologies
