You will interact effectively with business teams, assisting with contract-related inquiries and enhancing team processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and draft various commercial agreements
• Manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Develop knowledge on legal developments relevant to business operations
• Build relationships with sales and legal teams
• Advise on legal risks and recommended actions
Requirements:
• JD from an accredited law school
• State bar membership in good standing
• 2-4 years of attorney experience in law firm or in-house
