We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to handle various aspects of personal injury cases. You will ensure timely e-filing, document preparation, and courtroom coordination while supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process.

Your role will be vital in maintaining organized case files and communicating with clients and experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• E-file documents while following court regulations

• Prepare and organize discovery and trial-related documents

• Update calendars and manage litigation schedules

• Keep case files organized and accessible in Case Peer

• Assist in trial-related responsibilities and expert depositions

Requirements:

• Proficient communication with clients and medical providers

• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of medical terminology related to injuries

• Familiarity with legal software and e-filing procedures

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred
