Cleveland Doan LLP seeks a Lawyer with one to five years of experience to join our strata practice group on a one-year contract. You will focus on drafting bylaws and resolutions while preparing opinions on Land Title matters.
Your role will involve advising strata corporations and individual owners, especially regarding Civil Resolution Tribunal Claims.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft bylaws and resolutions for strata corporations
• Prepare legal opinions on Land Title matters
• Advise clients on governance and bylaw interpretation
• Assist owners with strata-related problems
• Support Civil Resolution Tribunal claims when required
Requirements:
• One to five years of legal experience
• Strong writing and drafting skills
• Excellent analytical abilities
• Experience with Land Title procedures preferred
• Must be called to the British Columbia bar
