As Corporate Transactions Counsel, you will manage legal aspects of private capital raises, acquisitions, and strategic investments.

Your role as a trusted advisor will extend across teams such as Finance and Real Estate, ensuring smooth execution from the ground up. This position is ideal for a forward-thinking corporate lawyer eager to make significant contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead legal execution of private equity and debt financings

• Negotiate and draft financing and investment documents

• Run investor diligence and data room processes

• Evaluate and execute acquisition opportunities

• Support equity administration and liquidity programs

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

• 3–8 years of corporate transactional experience

• In-house experience at a venture-backed company preferred

• Knowledge of Securities Act exemptions and Delaware law

• Excellent judgment and communication skills
