Position: Supply Chain Operations Intern - Fall 2026

In this role, you’ll support the sales team by sourcing and qualifying new business leads and suppliers, playing a key role in driving our growth from day one. You’ll have the freedom to share your ideas, make an impact, and gain valuable, hands‑on experience, with the potential to join our team full-time after your internship.

What

you’ll do
  • Learn and Evaluate:
    Develop an eye for quality by learning how to distinguish between top‑tier and substandard plant materials.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Ensure all plants delivered to our customers meet our standards for health, quality, and size.
  • Supplier Communication:
    Collaborate with suppliers to address and resolve any issues when materials don’t meet expectations.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with our operations specialists to maintain quality standards and ensure smooth order fulfillment.

What you’ll need
  • Education:

    Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Availability:
    Able to work full‑time (37.5 hours/week); both 4‑month and 8‑month contracts are available for the right candidate.
  • Languages:

    Strong written and spoken English; bilingualism in French is a plus.
  • Software

    Skills:

    Comfortable using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) to organize, track, and communicate effectively.
  • Flexibility:
    Thrives in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving startup environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Empathy:
    Understands others’ perspectives and contributes thoughtfully during team discussions and problem‑solving.
