Simplicity Air Ltd. is hiring an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to enhance supplier performance and material management. This full-time, in-person role requires a strategic thinker.

Focused on purchasing and procurement, you will ensure materials are delivered on time while maintaining cost efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing supplier relationships, analyzing costs, and optimizing inventory levels. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier contracts and relationships

• Ensure materials are available for production needs

• Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing records

• Analyze supply chain costs and forecasts

• Collaborate across departments for logistics integration

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

• 5+ years of supply chain or procurement experience

• Knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel skills

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

• High attention to detail and organizational skills
