Your main responsibilities will include coordinating supply chain activities within Integrated Project Services. You will assist with vendor pricing, organize material deliveries, and help maintain accurate procurement records. Collaborating closely with the Supply Chain Manager, you will ensure project readiness by addressing procurement workflows and vendor communications effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with vendors for pricing requests and clarifications

• Organize procurement documentation in line with operations

• Assist in tracking and coordinating vendor evaluations

• Support procurement activities with project schedules

• Contribute to continuous improvement of supply-chain processes

Requirements:

• 2–5 years in procurement or project coordination roles

• Educational background in Supply Chain Management preferred

• Strong skills in communication and coordination

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP tools
