Weeneebayko Area Health Authority is in search of a Purchaser to support its procurement team. In this permanent full-time position, you will utilize your knowledge of supply chain principles to process orders and maintain inventory levels efficiently. Your ability to multitask and manage priorities will be crucial in ensuring the timely delivery of goods to meet the needs of the remote communities served.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process purchase orders from stock usage reports

• Verify and process purchase requisitions for non-stock items

• Monitor purchase orders for accuracy in pricing and quantities

• Source new products and provide updates

• Organize records for purchase order documentation

Requirements:

• Secondary school completion

• College diploma in business administration or supply chain management

• Valid driver’s license

• WHMIS training certification

• Knowledge of Cree language is an asset
