As a Senior Sourcing Lead, you will report to the Manager of Supply Chain and manage a dedicated team. Your focus will be on driving sourcing strategies for services and materials vital to operations, ensuring supplier performance, and enhancing procurement effectiveness. The position comes with a 7-on/7-off site rotation and emphasizes sustainability while delivering value for IAMGOLD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop category strategies for maintenance and professional services

• Lead sourcing events and negotiate contracts

• Analyze market trends and total costs

• Manage supplier performance with KPIs

• Coach procurement professionals and strengthen capabilities

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management

• 5-8 years in strategic sourcing experience

• 3+ years of leadership in procurement

• SCMP or CIPS designation preferred

• Experience in mining or heavy industry
