As a Supply Chain Supervisor at Vista Print, you will play a key role in purchasing raw materials and leading a team of planners. This position requires 5+ years of supply chain experience, including supervision, and proficiency with SAP. You will focus on balancing inventory levels and developing process optimizations to ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor the supply chain team for maximum performance

• Ensure accurate purchasing and logistical operations

• Balance raw material inventory against working capital requirements

• Analyze data and track key performance metrics

• Coordinate with procurement for supplier negotiations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in a relevant field is required

• At least 5 years in supply chain management, including 3 in a supervisory role

• Direct experience with ERP systems like SAP

• Strong operational and inventory management knowledge

• Ability to operate independently and travel when necessary
