The Buyer II role at Aversan Inc. involves overseeing procurement processes and ensuring material continuity. Your responsibilities include supplier performance management and leading recovery efforts for shortages. You will work closely with various teams to drive supply chain effectiveness and mentor junior buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase orders through entire delivery process

• Analyze supplier metrics and optimize performance

• Maintain strategic relationships with suppliers

• Lead material shortage recovery initiatives

• Participate in supplier business reviews and improvement efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management or related field

• 3–6 years of experience in sourcing and procurement

• Bilingual; strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Oracle

• Aerospace experience preferred but not mandatory
