Avenir Energy is on the lookout for a Logistics Planning Specialist to coordinate delivery schedules and optimize the use of resources. This full-time role will help drive our mission to be the leading propane distributor in North America by managing outbound propane logistics and ensuring the highest level of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and plan propane delivery routes efficiently

• Balance fleet capacity with market demand and driver availability

• Communicate daily plans to drivers and internal teams

• Track logistics performance metrics thoroughly

• Identify and implement operational improvements

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a logistics or supply chain role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with routing software and ERP systems

• Ability to analyze data for actionable insights

• Relevant education in Business or Logistics preferred
