This role involves providing critical support in the day-to-day functions of our grain handling facility. With a focus on logistics and operational efficiency, applicants should have two years of post-secondary education or relevant experience. Your contributions will directly support the Elevator Manager and enhance relationships with suppliers regarding quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate office administration and grain accounting tasks

• Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound loads

• Provide operational assistance for grain grading support

• Maintain documentation of all producer records

• Collaborate with staff for operational efficiency improvements

Requirements:

• Two years of post-secondary education or similar experience

• Strong capabilities in customer service and communication

• Proficient in basic accounting and office software

• Ability to manage physical demands of the role

• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
