At Hartwall, we manufacture the drinks people love to live and celebrate with. We are part of the Danish beverage company Royal Unibrew, a leading regional player in a number of markets primarily in Northern Europe, Italy and in the international malt beverage markets. Now we are looking for a new team member to join our Royal Unibrew Procurement team.

Your Role

Are you a passionate procurement professional with deep expertise in raw materials for beverage or food industry – and ready to make a real impact at one of Finland’s most iconic beverage companies? We are looking for a skilled Procurement Manager to help us source smarter, build stronger supplier partnerships, and drive meaningful change across our value chain.

As Procurement Manager for Raw Materials, you will be part of the Group Procurement function represented at Hartwall, reporting to the Procurement Director for Finland and Baltics. This is a broad and impactful role – you will lead category management, develop supplier relationships, drive sourcing and negotiations, and champion continuous improvement across the value chain.

You would be responsible for all the raw materials used in Hartwall beverage production. You will be the local expert connecting Royal Unibrew group strategies with Finnish market realities, and your work will directly support Hartwall’s growth and sustainability ambitions.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver on financial KPIs through rigorous spend management, data governance, and active ownership of market numbers in reporting and budget cycles
  • Execute group category strategies with local relevance – leading sourcing, negotiations, and supplier development to meet cost, service, sustainability, and innovation targets
  • Drive supplier performance management with key suppliers, ensuring improvement plans are executed in close collaboration with market and operational stakeholders
  • Champion procurement excellence by embedding best practices across the market and contributing to the broader Royal Unibrew procurement community
  • Partner closely with market stakeholders, group procurement, and supply chain teams to identify and deliver efficiency initiatives
  • Represent procurement in strategic and cross-functional projects, including business integration activities and cross-country sourcing initiatives
  • Stay externally connected – tracking supplier landscapes, commodities, EU regulations, and digitalisation trends to proactively spot opportunities and risks
What We Are Looking For

You are a confident procurement professional who combines analytical rigor with strong commercial instincts. You thrive in a fast-moving, international environment and know how to build trust with stakeholders at every level.

You bring:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – a professional CIPS qualification or similar is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement and supply chain experience, preferably in food industry within an international or matrixed organization –beverage background is an advantage
  • A track record of leading cross-country category strategies and executing regional sourcing projects
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, ERP systems, and commodity management – with a proactive approach to AI and digital tools
  • Sharp analytical and negotiation skills, paired with a good aptitude for risk management
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage and align senior stakeholders internally and externally
  • A collaborative mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo when it matters
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
