SAP inventory and logistics coordination define this onsite Logistics Assistant contract in Burks Falls, Ontario. Manage documentation and real-time transactions.
This eight-month Logistics Assistant contract supports inbound and outbound processes from the Burks Falls site. The work includes SAP documentation, inventory accuracy, transporter coordination, and shipment records. You will monitor deliveries, process goods movements, and maintain controlled documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage SAP inventory documentation and real-time transaction posting
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics paperwork
- Monitor deliveries and process goods receipts in SAP
- Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with transporters
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shipment documentation files
- Bac 3 or superior in logistics and transportation
- Knowledge of inbound logistics operations and customs procedures
- SAP knowledge preferred for inventory transactions
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Good communication and customer-focused approach
