Lead global aftersales parts planning at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Goodwood, managing SAP-based availability, inventory, and supplier activities.
As Material Planning Manager, you will oversee Ownership Services material planning and lead three material planners. Your work supports spare parts and accessories availability for legacy, current, and future models worldwide. You will manage master data, MRP planning, and day-to-day service parts sourcing and stocking strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate three material planners
- Achieve global parts availability targets across stocked parts
- Develop SAP MRP sourcing and stocking strategies
- Resolve recurring material flow problems with operations teams
- Manage supplier escalations and planning projects
- Degree or equivalent business or engineering qualification
- Operational experience in warehousing and transport processes
- Supply chain management knowledge within spare parts
- Experience managing teams and projects
- Experience using SAP and BMW Group IT systems
