Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct light repairs and attend to janitorial needs

• Keep outdoor areas tidy and well-maintained

• Coordinate daily activities with management in meetings

• Communicate about maintenance concerns effectively

• Handle maintenance supplies and track inventory levels

Requirements:

• Possess a valid driver’s license and insurance

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Be on call for after-hours emergencies
