Shannex is hiring two Permanent Maintenance Workers to perform essential maintenance duties, including inspections and preventive tasks.

Your role involves using PM Worx for work orders along with responding to urgent maintenance requests for repairs. You’ll contribute to the health and safety of our residents and staff while maintaining high standards for our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute general maintenance and repairs across facilities

• Deliver, assemble, and set up furniture and equipment

• Repair, patch, and paint walls as needed

• Conduct inspections and maintain safety protocols

• Prepare and file maintenance documentation

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years of relevant maintenance experience

• Familiarity with WHMIS and Occupational Safety guidelines

• Required Criminal Record Check
