Position: Casual Light Duty Cleaner Role
Location: Algoma, Sudbury District and Greater Sudbury (Chelmsford)

Join GDI Services (Canada) LP as a casual part-time Light Duty Cleaner responsible for keeping spaces tidy through various cleaning tasks. Engage in maintaining washrooms, kitchens, and flooring in a collaborative environment.

In this role, you'll ensure cleanliness by vacuuming, polishing surfaces, and following health and safety protocols. You'll be essential in building relationships while adhering to operational standards and maintenance procedures. Your contribution will promote an inclusive, efficient workplace focusing on facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, wash, and buff floors using scrubbing equipment

• Vacuum carpets and perform spot cleaning in assigned areas

• Maintain cleaning equipment and follow preventative maintenance

• Clean and disinfect washrooms and kitchens thoroughly

• Monitor cleanliness and report any maintenance issues

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and follow directions

• Detail-oriented with a strong service mindset

• Experience using cleaning tools, particularly auto scrubbers

• Dependable with reliable transportation

• Must pass a Criminal Record Check
