Position: HVAC Technician-R for Building Maintenance

Drive building efficiency as an HVAC Technician-R with CBRE/AFSI. This role is responsible for various maintenance tasks ensuring tenant satisfaction and compliance with operational standards.

In this position, the HVAC Technician-R will manage building operations and maintenance under the Maintenance Team Leader's direction. You will be in charge of troubleshooting, analyzing issues, and performing essential repairs while also developing preventative maintenance strategies. Strong focus on responding to service requests while maintaining a positive tenant experience is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver daily operations and maintenance solutions

• Diagnose and rectify equipment issues efficiently

• Handle corrective maintenance and repairs

• Monitor service requests and ensure they meet quality standards

• Develop preventative maintenance protocols for optimal performance

Requirements:

• Relevant HVAC or maintenance experience

• Understanding of compliance and safety practices

• Flexibility to work shifts and be on-call

• Excellent problem-solving and observational skills

• Capability to maintain positive tenant relations
