Position: Haliburton Campus Cleaner Role

Become a Cleaner at Haliburton Campus under Fleming College, ensuring hygiene and cleanliness across the facility. This full-time position runs Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm, with occasional flexible coverage.

As a Cleaner, you will report directly to the Account Manager and focus on achieving a pristine environment. Your duties include maintaining cleanliness in common areas, managing waste, and performing essential floor care tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and seek to contribute positively to the college community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough cleaning of common areas and washrooms

• Collect and responsibly transport waste materials

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum for immaculate floors

• High dust common areas to maintain cleanliness

• Handle snow removal and ice melt application

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year cleaning experience

• Effective communication skills are essential

• Must be able to lift 25 lbs

• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety standards

• A clear criminal background check is mandatory
