Position: Head Custodian with Cleaning Focus
Location: Omineca and Yellowhead (Smithers)

Join us as a Head Custodian, supervising cleaning staff and ensuring high standards of safety and cleanliness on-site. This hands-on role mandates a strong leadership presence.

This position involves managing cleaning staff dynamics, conducting site inspections, and preparing budgets and cost assessments. With around 7 months of experience needed, you will also coordinate work across different departments and assist staff in daily duties for exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and manage cleaning staff effectively

• Monitor site cleanliness and safety compliance

• Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning projects

• Recommend and arrange for additional cleaning services

• Establish and maintain staff work schedules

Requirements:

• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience required

• On-site presence is mandatory, with no remote work

• Skilled in staff training and supervision

• Understanding of cleaning standards and protocols

• Excellent organizational skills for scheduling work
