Responsibilities include working in concessions, assisting at the box office, and providing excellent service throughout the theatre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve guests at the concessions and box office

• Provide outstanding customer service during events

• Maintain cleanliness and organization on the floor

• Assist with ticket sales and guest inquiries

• Participate in team activities to enhance operations

Requirements:

• Energetic and friendly demeanor in guest interactions

• Availability for flexible hours including evenings

• Team-oriented with a penchant for social engagement

• Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification is a plus

• Legal age to serve alcohol if applicable
