On-Site Maintenance Associate Position

Location: Central Foothills (Sundre)

Excel as an On-Site Maintenance Associate with Avenue Living, combining your technical skills and customer service focus to enhance resident satisfaction and property upkeep. This role is crucial for maintaining operational excellence and responsiveness in our residential communities.

With a background of 3–5 years in residential or commercial maintenance, you will manage requests and ensure timely work order completion. Your key duties will include preparing units, conducting inspections, and engaging in preventative maintenance of building systems, ensuring that all properties meet Avenue Living Residential’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and general maintenance tasks

• Maintain cleanliness in common areas and amenities

• Manage inventory and coordinate supply purchases

• Handle on-call emergencies when required

• Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Valid driver's license and access to transport

• Own tools and safety gear required

• Passing a criminal record check is essential
