The Maintenance Working Foreman will be responsible for the upkeep and efficient operation of the physical plant. You will conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, oversee contractor work compliance, and ensure adequate safety measures are implemented. Collaboration with other maintenance staff is essential to delivering quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair buildings and grounds for safety

• Execute preventive maintenance programs as needed

• Oversee snow removal and related tasks

• Supervise contractors to ensure project compliance

• Manage inventory and secure sites effectively

Requirements:

• Possession of a valid Class G Driver’s License

• Trade certification in HVAC, Electrical, or Carpentry

• Demonstrated reliable attendance history

• Physical ability to fulfill job responsibilities

• Willing to travel for certain projects
