As an experienced Cleaner, you will visit various residential properties to conduct comprehensive cleaning services and prepare homes for showings. Your ability to communicate clearly with tenants and report any maintenance needs effectively is essential. Ensure customer satisfaction through diligent cleaning and professional interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct general cleaning tasks across residential properties

• Execute thorough move-in or move-out cleaning

• Identify issues requiring follow-up maintenance

• Document work with clear photos and updates post-cleaning

• Clean all areas including kitchens and bathrooms effectively

Requirements:

• Experience in residential cleaning or related fields
